§ Redovisningsprinciper
Andelar i koncernföretag och intresseföretag
Andelar i koncernföretag och intresseföretag redovisas i moderbolaget enligt anskaffningsvärdemetoden. Detta innebär att transaktionsutgifter inkluderas i det redovisade värdet för innehav i dotterföretag och intresseföretag. Transaktionsutgifter som rör aktier i koncernbolagen redovisas direkt i årets resultat. Villkorade köpeskillingar värderas utifrån sannolikheten att köpeskilling kommer att utgå. Eventuella förändringar av avsättningen/fordran läggs på/reducerar anskaffnings värdet. I koncernredovisningen redovisas villkorade köpeskillingar till verkligt värde med värdeförändringar över resultatet. Utdelningar från dotterföretag redovisas i sin helhet som intäkter i årets resultat.
